Government: Description: The Head of the family is the leader of the tribe. This is usually is determined by first born. If no child is born than the eldest second child becomes leader. Women are rarely allowed to rule but it is allowed as long as no male is capable of leading. The head of the family makes all decisions that affect the tribe as a whole. This tribe is fairly stationary and allows some intermarriage. This tribe is close to being a kingdom and could easily convert to a blood Monarchy. Laws & Justice:
