The Eldar decide that the removal of all non pure blood descendants of Jerika Fey should be removed from the ancient forests. The removal of the Dokkjaro was considered such a success and positive move that all pure descendants should only be allowed to remain in the kingdom. As this was more difficult and a lot more pushback came from those who lived in the kingdom and it took longer. But after 5 years most were moved to the borders of the ancient forest. This group of exiles were called the Quessir. Quessir has two meanings, "The soft sounds on the Wind" or "The Changing of a Whisper". This is what the Nobel Elves call any of their kind that are mixed race and see them as something that was pure but has been changed. A large amount of these stayed at the borders but many crossed the Dragon's Spine and took up residence on the other continent, on the pennisulla at the opening of the Dragon's Spine. They called there land Shialildor and the largest of the city's was called Feyrindora
