Alm Melest
Biography
A clergyman by the name of Alm Melest would rise from the precipices of the bodies, acting as a beacon of salvation. As Alm showed the way of the divines, he cured ailments, diseases, and gave insightful advice to all he could help. Many would ask for his name, and he replied that he was simply a devout follower of the Holy Trinity and the Divinity of Justice, Dawn. Those that wished to follow him in his footsteps, must abide by the commandments of his faith, many of which did. His following would grow to insurmountable amounts, garnishing in all of those who rallied against the nobles, they learned of his teachings, abided by them until one day the nobles grew worried. While corrupt, the nobles were no fools and did not turn a blind eye to his recent transgressions and actions. The possibility of Alm Melest being a figurehead that could spearhead a rebellion against them grew more formidable by the day. Until it was found one day that he was murdered within the confines of his church. Those of the most devout clergymen followed through, rallying the people and inciting the teachings of Dawn, and bringing about justice against those who had committed this atrocity against the divines. Noblemen and noblewomen alike would be piked upon their estates, instilling fear against the other nobles who would eventually flee and abandon their lands. Escaping from the ports, they would never return in fear of what the commoners would do against them. In later time, the devout followers of Alm would formulate the Church-State of Haven, and establish the Ecclesiarchy to continue spreading and teaching his words as he once had in his life.
