Deliverance

A period when the lands of Distone ruptured, rending the planet internally outward. Caves and dwellings alike would be turned inside out, and massive forests would be integrated inside of the grounds as they would later evolve to survive in such conditions.  It is attested that the divinity Gaia's desire to nuture new life could have been the catalyst in its occurrence. 
In great contrast to the land of the outer region of the Aliech Continent, Distone became drastically changed in the span of these years. From this came the rise of many formations of species of flora, creatures, and civilizations that lay bare within these lands.
Those that survived or grew from this event were said to be different than their regular counterparts in other regions. Many from The Naturalists of Gaia dubbed this event as Deliverance. A blessing bestowed upon by Gaia to bring about a reinvigorated life and change to all after the Age of Divinity had come to an end.
