Culture
A city that is renowned for its entertainment, resorts and borderline illegal districts/trades. While the road to Kinsbane has been cleared for most day-to-day travel, it always requires people to go in large caravans. Within the caravans are chock-fill of talented individuals who travel around the Aliech Continent as their professions. From hospitable services, to enthralling performances, all of which can be obtained and viewed within the lands of Kinsbane. While its citizens bear an ancestry that dates back to those of criminals and prisoners, they are no longer considered as such. Instead, many of them commit themselves to service professions to be hired in other regions, while others may entice others to gamble and wrangle individuals through games. Many of their festivities revolve aroundPeople of Kinsbane
Regular Citizens
As much of the land in Kinsbane does not offer particular much other than its entertainment. Many of its people resort to entrepreneurship or attempt to sell their services. This can be seen in the offering to sign up in long-term plans, exciting adventures, and all other forms of mannerisms that teeter the lines of extortion, and service. Although, if one can afford the services and the upcharged prices, they will be given a luxurious treatment by its people.Entertainers
Kinsbane is home to many uniquely talented individuals, drawing many of them from outside their city. For example, many Practitioners from the The Septum Confederation to be a part of the festivities.Mining Industry
As a former mining colony, there is an abundance of miners whose livelihoods have been changed since the inception of Kinsbane. From the times when Kinsbane was known as the Kins Union, many of its people were subjugated to forced labor camps. While its people no longer suffer such treatment, the change in the town's industry to entertainment has left many without work.Illegal Activities and People
Drawn to the smell of valuable gold, various outlaws and organizations have a keen interest in the lands of Kinsbane's success and its wealth. There is presently an ample amount of illegal activities undergoing the realms of Kinsbane. Nobody denies the fact nor tackles the issue presently, even if they roam freely in the public.History
A former mining colony turned resort. Kinsbane is native to former outlanders and outlaws of regions from across the Aliech Continent. Originally it was an encampment by the former Kins Union where its people dealt in slavery and forced many to work in the underground mines fighting the Duergars that owns the underground region. As the land was unable to combat nor progress through the underground fortress and cave networks of the Duergars, the Kins Union was reluctantly unable to reach the valuable deposits down in the mountain ranges. By the time they enacted their slaves to break through the fortresses via sheer numbers, the Battle of Mo'ra had already begun. After becoming a Shattered Land, the region would fall into strife until it was re-established by The Aliech Kingdom in the later years of its development. The one bearing the King of Games title would, later on, retain control of the region, and expand its entertainment industry after many years of service.Government
While the The Aliech Kingdom governs the region and holds claims to the land, the region is under the reign of the title bearer known as the King of Games that resides in the Duelist Bastion. There is presently no knowledge as to who is the present King of Games, as the title is consistently shifting. Only those who are "in the know" and compete in the Duelist Basion are granted the knowledge of who it is currently.
