History

  Octave Pier is a mosaic of various cultures that all blend well to the shape of the rainbow sand within its sunny beaches. From the port district at the edge of the bay to the ever so growing trading hub district, it is a developing community that has caught the attention of numerous people.   Filled with wealthy tourists and traders alike for recreation or riches, Octave Pier provides such services for them to enjoy through its luxurious lands. Many of the residents enjoy a scenic background of the ocean as they live upon the upper side of a large cliff. At times, one can hear the musical chimes of the ocean, as a melancholic but elegant melody can be heard throughout the breezes that pass by. It comes and goes like a whisper in the wind. Henceforth, the land was dubbed Octave Pier with respect to the sound that played throughout the day.   The musical melody is often attested to Aquarius by his followers.   Off in the distance of towards the ocean, there lies a small island named Apricot's Eve, an isle that remains mostly uninhabited, but often visited by worshippers of Aquarius. Originally, it was home to a pirate cove of Gnolls but that band of buccaneers has left the region.   It is additionally an abode to an abundance of underwater corals that possesses trace amounts of rare Adamantine ore within. Swimmers and delivers alike find wealth from these valuable chunks found deep within the ocean floor around Octave Pier. Given its value, there has been a growth of people skimming beneath the ocean floor to discover its values.   Towards the eastern portion of Octaive Pier lies a shattered land that houses many Fomorian portals and Fomorian denizens that appears from time to time. The region remains locked in check, and often requires individuals to move in large groups in order to prevent banditry or attacks on the caravan.   As dangerous routes are the only available way towards Octave Pier, it has slowed its potential growth, in contrast to the other former fishing village of Adelia, but still remains an essential part of The Aliech Kingdom.   Presently, it is governed by Draco Aur.
