Blacksmith Brecht

Brecht's grandfather was a blacksmith, and he passed it to Brecht's father who passed it along to Brecht and ever since his father passed around 30 summers ago, Brecht has been Appingmere's only Blacksmith. While the village life has him making nails, horseshoes and tools for the farmers, he does spend what little free time he has to perfect his craft and indulge in his interest for making swords and daggers. He is by all means no master craftsman, but as competent a smith as they come.
He is married to a woman named Maurine and together they have two children, Miri and Wellen. About a week ago, Miri took one of her father's swords and went out to search for Pavin, her sweetheart, and never made it back home. He also has a shitty kid named Marcellus Cyr
