Castle Sassent

The kings of Burbry care about appearances more than anything else. Everything they do they do to maintain an image of power, wealth and splendor. They consider themselves to be higher and more noble than any other king. Castle Sassent was constructed for just that. To show the world how great and powerful the Kings of Burbry are. It is built on a small island just off the coast, overlooking the capital city of Mirrouse. From almost every angle in the city you can see the North Tower.
Burbry is also nicknamed the 'Kingdom of Facades'. The elites that rule the country are caught up in a constant play of pretent, all to further their own personal agendas. There is only one thing that the elites like more than being rulers, and that is feasting. At any given time you can expect that at least one of the nobles of Burbry is holding a feast of ball. Guest are carefully chosen and at the occasion the lords and ladies put on a mask to fit whoever they may be talking to at that moment. All that matters is how they look to the outside.
The same goes for Castle Sassent. On the outside it's large, beautiful and richly decorated, but on the inside it's quite empty. The rooms that guest might see are well furnished and kept, but many rooms in the castle are vacant. This is testament to the kings of Burbry pretending to be more than they really are.
