Staar I
King Staar I of Emerling
Staar was the second son of Gregur III and king of Rasfadal from 1086AP until 1093AP.
In the aftermath of the mourning that marked the reign of King Gregur IV, Rasfadal found itself in need of a leader with ambition and determination. And so it was that Staar I ascended the throne, a king with a singular focus: to restore Rasfadal to its former glory. Born with the fire of ambition in his belly, he was determined to reclaim the lands lost to rebellious lords and to bring them back under his rule.
King Staar I wasted no time in launching his military campaign, leading his armies into battle with ferocity and cunning. His men were inspired by his courage and unwavering determination, and under his leadership, they were able to retake many of the lost territories of Rasfadal.
But the road to victory was not without its challenges. Staar I faced fierce resistance from the rebellious lords, who were unwilling to give up their newfound independence. Yet, he persevered, fighting with a fierce determination that would eventually lead to his death on the battlefield.
Even in death, Staar I remained a hero to his people. He had sacrificed his own life for the glory of his kingdom, and his legacy would continue to inspire future generations of Fendalians to fight for their homeland. His nephew Walther II would continue his conquests in his name, honoring his legacy and ensuring that the kingdom of Rasfadal would continue to grow and prosper.
