The Centaur Tribes of Northern Jumelles

Northern Jumelles is host to 11 separate horsemen tribes. All of the tribes are nomadic, and several are outright bandits that plague the entire county. A majority of these tribes are ruled by the Dobun Tribe, a family of horsemen that worked with the Adeptes du Dunia during the last war with the Rak'tor Empire.
The tribes that are not outright bandits will often ask for tribute in the form of food and water, though luxury items are at times accepted. The people of Jumelles find begrudging friendship with the horsemen. Often the horsemen will help any tribe under its protections, defending them and on some occasions even offering further aid where needed.
An outlier among these tribes are the Bati. The Bati broke free of the Dobun hierarchy some time after The Rope War. They are devout followers of Kuda, and believe he should rightfully lead the Dunia Pantheon. They do not ask for tribute, and instead will raid villages, steal livestock, and outright kill those who openly worship Anir Dunar. Despite the ideological differences of the Dobun & Bati, horsemen culture in this region does not permit direct combat between greater tribes.
