Construction beginning/end
With the advancement of wireless internet ability, and the now highly regulated nature of internet access, Canada, Mexico and the U.S. pooled their resources to begin a government-provided wireless network, starting with large cities and along the highways. Corporate nations were not invited to help with this project, although many had already given internet access to their citizens throughout their nations already.
Logistically, it has been impossible to give all three countries' citizens internet access, but as of 2162 about 75% of these countries have access to the service via their personal entertainment devices or phones.
