Disbandment

The last High Arcanist of Netheril, Melegaunt Netheril {†}, became increasingly obsessed with attaining godhood during his reign. This culminated in him failing a test that was set forth by Cyric, Bedine, and Mask, causing Toril to shatter and bringing about the Fourth Fall of Toril.
