Tower Thultanthar

Tower Thultanthar is what is left of the city of Thultanthar. Mostly underground, it was a center of arcane learning and experimentation in Netheril before the Fall. 
Notably, it is where the Party found Anauria, as well as where they crafted a body for Nexus using a damaged transmutation circle discovered in the lowest levels. Using this a second time, however, caused the tower to collapse and the Party barely escaped with their lives.
