The Fated

A Faction that believes those who can take and seize power have the right to do so. They are made up of the Thieves Guild and several bureaucrats, and it is one of the most powerful factions. They are also known for holding a grudge.
When the Party first met in Sigil, they stole 150G from the party while they were in the Market Ward. They were also likely responsible for the murder of some Harmonium  officers in a shop near the Temple of Bane.
