Thultanthar {region}

The region of the Shadowfell that Thultanthar {city} was fazed to during the Fall of Netheril.
When the city was transported by High Arcanist Eaerlanni, the Bloom interacted with it in such a way that its people were cursed with infertility. This curse also began transforming Eaerlanni into a nothic, which she described as the fate of all shadowvar.
