The Chalichu Cuiaxi

An Icon of the the Xupantla people who is said to exist within the waterways of the Pilgrim Lands. She is also said to be the birth of the rains, in the form of another Icon who sheperds precipitation.   Said to be a sister of the Ahuiatē Macteoh, and too have helped her sibling in the construction of Xochiyotli, and provided the water that sustains the city.    People entreat her if they wish for freedom from restrictions, either societal or more direct.
Her name translates to the "Weaver of Sapphire Waters".
