Deepwater Harbour
A new settlement, Deepwater Harbour was founded to ease trade between Primus and the southwest archipelagos of Oceanus. It is named for the startling speed at which the island's coast drops down into deeper oceans, allowing ships to pass very close to shore. Since its founding, Deepwater Harbour has grown steadily, fed by sea trade and guarded by the bronze dragon Zelifarn.
