The Hall of Locks
Since its construction, the Hall of Locks has been developed into a shining white tower, whose turrets spread out like branches from a tree. For a time, the Locksmiths tried to re-establish it as the Tower of Locks, but it didn't stick, and thus the misnomer continues.
