Physical Description
Body Features
Gwen's proportions are fairly bottom-heavy, though she still has the broad shoulders typical of skyfolk. She has a fairly small bust with a somewhat wide waist and hips.
Her build is slightly lighter in appearance than most Skyfolk, though she's still fairly strong and heavy for her size compared to non-Skyfolk. At rest, her musculature is fairly obscured, but, when flexed, she reveals a decent muscle mass on her arms and torso.

Facial Features
Gwen's face is fairly standard by Skyfolk standards, though with a softer jawline.
Her nose is fairly prominent, but not especially large, with a rounded shape and a reddish colouration.
Her eyes are a bright amber and are highly expressive, further aided by her thick eyebrows.
Her lips are full, more noticeably on her bottom lip.
Her reddish-ginger hair typically reaches to almost her shoulders. While it is styled, it does still have a fairly rough and ready look to it.

Identifying Characteristics
While usually unseen due to being covered by her heavy clothing, Gwen has a prominent scar on he left shoulder. She acquired it after getting scratched by a Roc as a teenager, a result of accidentally scaring one while it was resting on her island. It has now healed and no longer causes any significant pain, though she is now cautious around the large birds.

Gwen's dresses are of a fairly Skyfolk design, being comprised of a heavy fabric that both provides warmth and protection from the cold weather and is resistant to too heavily buffeted by the wind. It features a centre split in the front and back that goes from the bottom hem to halfway to the wearer's thighs, allowing for move movement and reducing the amount of wind that can become caught inside it.
Her favourite is a bright purple dress with cloud patterns added around it in a softer purple fabric.

Personal history
Gwen moved to Cirrus as a young child with her family and joined the island's school. While not especially lucky in forming friends there, having little shared culture or hobbies to connect through, she bonded quickly with a young Clara Ambritt. The two grew up as close friends, though they formed a rivalry through their teenage years due to a clash between both of their strong competitive streaks triggered by the two both starting a local newspaper at the same time. While it started off as a bit of friendly competition, it did strain their relationship toward the end. Despite that rivalry, the pair remained on good terms and continued to consider one another good friends, despite not talking often as work kept them busy.
Gwen's family eventually moved back to their home isle when she was 21, but she refused to leave with them. She had no connections to the island where she was born and had since made a home here and had no desire to sacrifice that. Her family reluctantly agreed, leaving her to live by herself in their home. She didn't adapt too well to the solitary lifestyle initially, though she did eventually manage to adjust somewhat. She spent more time at work or sitting around the village plaza than at home, trying to avoid being lonely.
Gwen eventually reconnected with Clara after Clara found her alone in the village's shrine. Having not spoken properly in a while, Clara hadn't realised that Gwen was struggling, but stepped in to help where she could. The pair rebuilt their bond and began hanging out regularly, much improving Gwen's mental state. The duo eventually began dating after Gwen asked Clara out. Gwen still lives on her own, but they often have sleepovers at one another's houses, but have yet to talk of moving in together.

Gwen had an about average education by skyfolk standards, having gone to the local school on Cirrus.
She has also received engineering and technical coaching as part of her job.
Employment
Her primary job is as a mechanical and technical engineer, one of a small handful on Cirrus. She aids in the general engineering and tech support needs for the island's residences, along with maintaining the local internet transceiver.
Since her main job isn't always in demand, she often helps on the local farms and gardens.
Social
Mannerisms
Gwen is a rather assertive individual, though she's a little socially clumsy which can end up with her being seen as rude or bossy, though in reality, she is usually trying to be polite. She used to be a bit of a pushover growing up, but ended up learning to be more assertive in an attempt to be able to get her way.
At times, she can be a little too blunt, rarely with any ill intent, but it does raise some eyebrows. It's not all bad though, as it allows her to get things off her chest that she would struggle to if she put too much thought into it
She is driven largely by curiosity, though her curiosity is more focused than people like Clara. It can take a fair amount of energy to shift her focus to new topics, instead, she tends to focus it on only a handful of things at a time. At times, these focuses can take up so much of her attention, that it's difficult for her to not steer conversations toward them.
In general, she's rather confident and excitable, but can be quick to crumble if criticised. Given time, she's rather good at taking on criticism, but in the spur of the moment, she's quick to panic and struggles to find the right way to respond to it.
