Brassune

Located in the southern Sea of Fallen Stars in the region of Akanûl. The city hosts Akanûl's Navy, The Waveriders.
While Akanûl is a kingdom ruled entirely Genasi of various elements, Brassune is made up almost completely by Water Genasi who comprise the kingdom's Navy. The city has a port, but it is largely occupied by naval ships of The Waveriders departing, or returning through their Naval Hall (Name TBD).
The bulk of the population consists of members of the Navy, but there is a civilian population of family members, and merchants particularly around the docks of the city.
