Structured in a hierarchy with the Commissioner on top as executive leader and other standard titles below it.

Culture

Tired, overworked, and overly dependent on Zhifara, the badges of Precinct two see themselves as down on their luck everyman who are barely appreciated, but still choose to strap on a badge everyday.

Assets

Lawmen have access to basic handguns, shoulder arms, armor, and gear, all of which can be requisitioned given approval. However heavy weapons only go to the TAC Squads in most circumstances. Patrol cars are assigned on a rotation or as-needed basis. "Reacquisitions" from detainees and crime scenes are common. Drones licensed from Zhifara's Savanahh line are a common addition to the kit in recent years.
