Cragbrooke

Located on the edge of the Wetlands of Grimton, Cragbooke is a small fishing town that is in a constant form of disrepair. No matter how much effort is put into improvements, buildings tend to rot or sink into the murky mud within 5-10 years after being built. Because of this, the citizens tend to live more dirty than other cities, and there is a good portion of the town that just as easily sleeps under the stars.   Because of its location, Cragbrooke is also prone to flooding when the water level of the swamp rises, which causes the buildings that are standing to be on stilts and raised above ground level.   A long time ago the citizens of Cragbrooke were chased to a temple somewhere in the swamps and massacred by something dark.
