The Chief Executive Commanding Officer (CECO) for WhiteStarMilitech is a hybrid role combining the strategic oversight and executive leadership of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with the operational command and discipline of a Commanding Officer (CO). The former is typically found in corporations and business-focused operations, and the latter is a military role designed to manage personnel and lead an army unit or operation. 
For WhiteStar Militech the role was developed specifically for Tiber Kalix, one of the company's co-founders. Kalix, in this role, is in charge of setting the vision and direction of the company's private army, ensuring operational effectiveness within various units, and maintaining organizational effectiveness and unit loyalty. 
In Kalix's case, his CECO role also puts him as the lead unit director for all WhiteStar Militech units, though he does not take direct control often. However, there is one exception, Kalix's personal unit, the ReDSun Unit, a group that has embraced the same violent belief system as Kalix.

Who is WhiteStar Militech?

WhiteStar Militech is a MegaCorporation, and current member of the secretive Corporate Guidance Reformation, who specialize in privatized military action using their freelance army. Founded roughly thirty years ago by Tiber Kalix, a former Imperial Council of Planet's General, and Galin Vos, a former Lupine Democratic Monarchy member. An odd pairing as the two societies typically do not get along, but in this case helped found a new powerful private army and weapons manufacturer. 
Since the time of their founding, they have quickly grown into one of, if not the, fiercest private army for hire in the Delta Space. They have gained a large clientele ranging from political and private entities to corporations and businesses. They are known for their brutality and aggressive tactics, and for their ability to bring about quick resolutions to a variety of conflicts. Over the last ten years, the company has begun to delve into the manufacturing and development of its own weapons and ammunition. This endeavour has garnered them significant profits. 
Besides their financial goals, WhiteStar Militech also has more personal goals. The majority of the corporation's employees, especially Tiber Kalix and his ReDSun Unit, believe almost religiously that the universe naturally exists in a state of chaotic violence and disruption. And that a state of peace is unnatural and misleading. This belief is genuine amongst many in the company, and even for those who aren't fully sold on the idea, it is a convenient justification for the violence that WhiteStar Militech sows across Delta Space.

Kalix is ruthless but calm, he stays in an almost meditative state much of the time. Speaking in rhetoric that borders on a religious sermon. He is open with his love for his fellow soldiers in WhiteStar Militech, especially those with his ReDSun Unit, but he will not hesitate to kill anyone who gets in the way of his mission of violence.
