Cities of the Moon

The Moon has its own long and complex history. Like the Earth during the Season Of Innocence it lost all contact with the Galactic Compact, but unlike the Earth, it was never directly managed by the Conclave. Abandoned by the Guardians Of Earth a mysterious sister organisation known as the Guardians of Luna did their best to protect the satellite from the growing effects of desiccation in the absence of proper environmental maintenance of the artificial seas. They never had the same zealous attitude to the extirpation of history and there were still cities on the Moon when the Earth had none.

When contact with the Moon was re-established the cities of the Moon would engage once again in the complex politics of the twin planet system.
