Dendros

Dendros is the most important and oldest of the servants of the Spirit of the Forest, Talfamtha, in the realm of Earth Rustic.
He fights for the forest when his mistress calls for it. Although his form, like that of Talfamtha herself, is mutable, he most often appears as a gigantic tree with an elongated head and a crest of woody horns.
Dendros is famously strong and silent, seldom speaking in the stories in which he features. The popular sayings "as quiet as Dendros" and "as strong as Dendros" are both common in the speech of the West Leaf March and are usually meant as a compliment.
