Prime Lawmaker Ichika Han

Ichika Han was the most senior of Anoomenon's Voting Citizens in the parliament of the New Sophisticates at Paratomb in 1511 AF when the Shining City followed the lead of Modyran, becoming the second Foundation City to declare independence. She assumed the role of the Prime Lawmaker, in effect the first independent ruler of Anoomenon and she was instrumental in drafing the first constitution for the city. This would last until 2118 AF when it was replaced with the second constitution.
