Prime Lawmaker

The Prime Lawmaker was the name given to the ruler of Anoomenon, under its first constitution when it became a city state, independent from the strictures of the New Sophisticates in 1511 AF.
Amongst the more notable individuals to hold the role, were Ichika Han, the first Prime Lawmaker, Veronika Mescalla who led the city to a famous victory when it was beseiged by the Thin Princes in 1734 AF and Kenneth Thurston, the last Prime Lawmaker in the 22nd century, whose chaotic government precipitated the reforms that led to a second constitution.
