An information broker and avid art collector based out of Skullport, Phaedra has been playing all sites.
She helped set up Durum to be a useful idiot by enabling his vendetta against Helm, then sold him out to the team for one of the Mithral Vase's.
After it was reviled that she too is a Shade, she bought off Bohninya's loyalties, fearing she needed better a body guard after the team killed her long time companion Skrum.
She was ultimately captured by the team in the ruins of Jockteleg where she was overseeing the disassembly of what the team believes to be a Mythallar
