The Guardians Tear

The Guardian's Tear was a major artifact created, quite by accident, during The Times of Trouble by Helm , the god of guardians, when he slew Mystra when she attacked him on the celestial staircase.

In most respects this artifact had the appearance of a tear shaped gemstone, almost 1 foot in length and 8 inches in diameter. Anyone who gazed into its depths would see the battle between Mystra and Helm from the Watcher's point of view...reflected in an endless repetition for eternity.
