Fort Spur

Charburn’s island, Fort Spur, is sizable though his red dragonkin sailors are only allowed to reside in cramped tenements in the middle of the ugly stretch of land. The entirety of the island is surrounded by a docked armada. Charburn staunchly rules his armada and demands absolute perfection from his admirals, incinerating those who disappoint him. As a result, the armada's crimson sails never fail to strike fear into their enemies.
