New Antiva

Magic in Kios is a fairly restricted practice. Only certain members of the military, royalty, students, and those with a permit are allowed to practice their abilities openly. These restrictions are overseen by the Chantry in New Antiva. Their influence is felt all throughout Kios through their gigantic churches and monasteries. 
 
Their central location is at the heart of New Antiva but outside the cities, Antiva is home to vast fields of hay, corn, and other vegetables. The farmers are able to tend to their crops by riding atop broomsticks. Unlike Spelljammers, broomsticks are unable to traverse space, but they can travel long distances in a short matter of time. Since New Antiva is relatively small, these magical items are required to produce enough crops for the rest of Kios.

Industry & Trade

New Antiva is reliant on the other islands to survive and they pay for these assets with their grown goods. They are the only island with fertile soil, so food is a prized commodity.

Districts

Creations Cradle - The central most part of New Antiva, home to The Chantry's Grand Cathedral as well the homes of the clergy members. Local farmers are able to sell their goods here and a wide selection of Broomsticks are sold here as well

  Ambrosia Station- The Local station that connects New Antiva to the other islands. Travel to New Antiva is heavily restricted, limited only to farmers, members of The Chantry, and those coming for work. An exception is the large Spelljammers shipping out food grown in New Antiva to the other islands.

The Outer Planes- a majority of New Antiva consists of farmlands, orchards, and vineyards and this is referred to as the Outer Planes. Most citizens of the island reside here and send their goods to the Core.
