Pariah Abbey

This tiny settlement, nearly in dead centre of Wayrest, is home to the Chained Brotherhood, so named for their lifelong devotion to Stendarr. The brotherhood was born in the abbey after it was nearly destroyed following the Oblivion Crisis due to the Daedra worship the temple was used for. However, after purging the site from any Daedric influence, the Brotherhood was formed and recently petitioned the Vigil of Stendarr to turn the abbey into a Hall of the Vigilant, in the hope the brotherhood could become an arm of the Vigil.
