The Harpy's Hearth

The Harpy's Hearth was considered an institution of the Galaston docks for years - a favored destination for merchant sailors making port of call in the Commonwealth. Its fortunes turned sour on the death of its owners, and the Hearth is now a dive favored by rougher clientele - an unwelcome surprise for those returning from extended absences.

Purpose / Function

Originally a warehouse, the original structure was quickly overshadowed by larger, more conveniently placed structures as the Galaston docks expanded rapidly in the last two centuries. Tucked between massive warehouses and the docks themselves, the Hearth is conveniently located for both dock workers and sailors.
