The Spirit of Gaia possessed Orochi Ken and fought against the residents of The Masters Dojo

The spirit of Yamato no Orochi and, consequently, the Greek God Gaia, had completely overtaken the already corrupted Kenneth Masters. Ever since his arrival in the new universe, Gaia had plotted to both fully possess Kenneth's powerful vessel and expunge her primordial rival, Sinister Maharana. After months of effort, it finally succeeded, resulting in a massive fight between the fully-realized Orochi Ken and the inhabitants of the Dojo at the time. This included shopkeeper and guardian dragon, Drakel, and rebellious Alicorn, Rose Blossom. Various warriors saw this immense battle of the gods to be a test of their skill, a training session that could not be missed and the very first time that Ken's power, possessed or no, actively threatened the planet. Surprisingly, Orochi Ken utilized various purification techniques to keep all but the most powerful at bay, along with the siccing of various wild animals to thicken the fields of battle. Luckily, however, the combined efforts of all those involved allowed for Rose Blossom to seal the Gaia spirit with an extremely powerful magic spell before launching her into deep orbit.   The aftermath of the event was almost as perilous at the event itself. Ken's defeat created a sense of danger at the Dojo for the first time, letting all present know that it wasn't merely a vacation spot or an area to scavenge for notoriety. Ken slept for a week and Drakel's radioactive measures to stop the possessed martial artist resulted in one of the first major sources of pollution in what is now Tethys Lagoon. Additionally, the radiation affected a swarm of wasps that made the Dojo their home, allowing them to grow as large as dogs and forcing those present to contain them in the Dojo's underground cellar.
