Arthur Schwitt (a.k.a. The Royal Brat)
Arthur Schwitt is the prime heir of the Schwitt family and the prince of the Kingdom of Borough. He is nearing the age of majority and is scheduled to have a ceremony to formally acknowledge him as the crowned prince in one year.

Personal history
Arthur was spoiled when he was younger. His mother was too busy managing the kingdom and his father was too busy with his duties to give him much attention. This left the duties of raising Arthur up to the servants. However, the servants were too afraid of him to give him any proper discipline. By the time Arthur went to school, he was used to getting anything he wanted. He became known as "The Royal Brat" and would throw fits if he didn't get what he wanted. This all changed in his third year of school when he was beaten to a pulp and almost killed by a peasant with a scholarship. This experience flipped Arthur's entire worldview and he is now much more reasonable. The peasant, named Xaio, is now his closest friend.
