Eorl of the Dawn

The EORL OF THE DAWN is one of the nine highest-ranked nobles in the KINGDOM OF RHONE. The holder is highest authority over the EORLDOM OF THE DAWN. The title has been active since its creation by Queen Arosaine in -214 BL.

The EORL OF THE DAWN is responsible for a large swath of territory that includes almost the entire Finger Coast. This responsibility lays heavy on the DAWN as Cuth raiders are a constant concern. The Dawn-folk do not seem to involve themselves much in the rest of Rhone except when called upon. They are focused on their fishing boats and the threat that lays just across the Straits.
