Free Lancer
A Free Lancer is a unsworn knight, often referred to as a Hedge Knight or Greyshield, that still holds the rank and training. They are often hired during wars especially in the Overlands and Midlands which has a greater proportion of them due to the incessant strife in that area. Other such personalities seek a lord to serve and often strive to impress potential lords and ladies at tournaments.
