The Resolute Banner, formed of vengeful Sword Coasters and some local warlords, band together and begin a campaign of murder and atrocities against wide swathes of people in the Upper Sword Coast. Led by Dugallan Vantyr, the group is relentless against their former neighbors, subjects and the newly-arriving Rhonish.
They wage their campaign from the cursed and feared Elder fortification known as the Corpse-Hall.
