Seleste is the sun at the center of the Selestean Star System and is in fact, the only star in all of the Empyrean Universe. Seleste is a celestial anomaly, a lone sun that occupies a unique position within the cosmos. In a universe devoid of other stars, it stands as the solitary source of warmth, light, and life.

Seleste possesses a remarkably stable and eternal nature, never faltering or aging. It is a beacon of constancy in an ever-changing universe.

The concept of day and night is a central aspect of these civilizations, shaping their cultural, social, and religious practices. Since the Coming of the Gods, Ashtar has taken control of all such worshippers and even sometimes appears to them as their traditional depictions of Seleste are described. Usually a dark skinned woman with golden flaming hair and a flowing white dress.
Inhabitants
Seleste is the home of many elemental creatures aligned with the plane of fire, including elementals, efreets, and Solar Dragons. Until The Planar Expulsion the sun was the domain of the Primordial Elemental Fiernus.
