Protector of Life

Namesake: Atlas' name comes from the ability they have to encourage evolution across their domain. Not just species evolution, but universal (galaxies, stars, planets).

Summary

The immediate violence, destruction and chaos of the early Universe were filled with torment and rage. It was from this rage that Atlas was born, filling the spaces between wars of matter colliding together. Becoming whole and growing, learning of their family that was close to them filling other dark and lonely spaces of the Universe Atlas learnt to watch, and observe. With this came new and exciting evolutionary steps in the Universe, which sparked the start of complex living beings, species of all sorts!
As time passed Atlas came to understand their abilities, creating life out of brutality. The first attempts at life were grotesque and never lasting, clouded with pain and horror, out of control and short-lived. It wasn’t until Atlas learned how to manage their ability that they no longer created such short-lived experiences. Atlas was able to create life, in the most disordered bloodshed but they were not able to end life. This was Atlas’ weakness, however violent and rage-filled it was a restriction. With choices come responsibilities
Over time, like Atlas’ family, they grew to learn and develop more complex and unique galaxies and planets. A Hallowed that has been recorded to have worked alongside Atlas for billions of years is Nova (Keeper of Death), a neat counterpart to complement their abilities. Another Hallowed Atlas was known to work with was Glorious (Purpose Provider), this Pairing was the first to have success in complex life.

Spread

This Hallowed is one of the commonly known/celebrated Hallowed. Via word of mouth and research performed by civlisations outside of The Archive, people learnt about Atlas and their abilities. This was then increased when word spread about the Relic of Atlas was found.

Variations & Mutation

The Sovereign's belief in Atlas is one of complex need vs want. The Sovereign want the Hallowed to provide them with much wealth and life they could ever imagine, in return, they will provide the best ever living species to exist. However, The Sovereign have no idea of other life forces that exist, and so does not live up to their side of the bargain. Atlas has never seemed aware of these activities. It is suggested you seek out a Head of the requested department for individual variations.
