The Sovereign (so-vuh-ruhn)
Structure
Each complex has its own Crown Sovereign, who acts like a bored when it comes to Solar System-wide situations. Crown Sovereigns are the pinnacle of this government, they are in full control and awareness of all that takes place on their respective planets/satellites. Understander the Crown Sovereign's are Crowned Sovereign's, these are often the first child of the Crown Sovereign. The children of the Crown Sovereign do hold the right to turn down the role, which can prove to be trouble. If the current Crown Sovereign doesn't have a willing heir another family will take their place when their child takes the Crown Sovereign role.
Under the Crown Sovereign and Crowned Sovereign, there are Politicians and Decision Makers. These people make sure that rules and being enforced and that there is always progress being made in order to expand or retain control of their current population. Sovereign Soldiers are also under the control of the Crown Sovereign, this is their military.
Culture
The Sovereign believes in uplifting their race, and they will do so in any capacity they see fit. The public doesn't like The Sovereign because they are violent in their measures to push humanity forward, slavery, misleading communications and brainwashing are common tactics used to convince those under The Sovereign's control. They are doing their job for the better of humanity, "paving the way for future generations."

History
Established on Old Earth in 2122, the Sovereign were created of many wealthy families who'd come together to colonise the Solar System. Initially there were some hardships with the science behind their movement, but with time and the endless amount of money these families were able to pull together. They were able to pull together and convince many scientists and engineers to help them, with the promise they would be rewarded.
88 years after the project was started, humanities backlash to the idea of colonising Luna, The Sovereign colonised Luna. As generations folded over on Old Earth, The Sovereign was able to convince (take) civilians children and begun the first strain of slaves on Mars in 3000. Over the thousands of years that The Sovereign rules over this Solar System they explained outward to other moons and planet's. All salve nations until the first uprising.
6732, Jupiter's people stood up against The Sovereign with the people of Io and Neptune, fought against their predecessors until all of them were killed, left stranded without any resources or captured and sent to Pluto or relocated to somewhere new for reintegration into slavery. These planets and moons repopulated in time and became Independent of the Sovereign, the even was coined the Independence War even though there wasn't a huge battle and more of a massacre by The Sovereign.
By 8000 things were working smoothly, there was plants to expand out past Pluto and send a spacecraft towards Proxima Centauri. In 9008 the Relic of Atlas was stolen from a secure location on Luna and over the next few years there had been several attempts lead by a rebellion of their own young teamed with slaves from various planets and moons, even additions of Crimson Soldiers, they were over run and finally dismantled from power in 11052 when they were defeated and brought down.
Demography and Population
The Sovereign controls many planets and moons, all inhabited by humans. Each body has its own type of population. Mars is home to mining, farming and labour slaves, Ganymede holds the Solar Systems biotechnology and scientists and Pluto retains prisoners. Titan is a moon that has one of the more important places for Sovereign and that's The Institute, you must be of Sovereign birth and over eighteen to be enlisted here. Saturn is not inhabited but functions as a host planet for The Sovereign.
Military
Sovereign Army, is the military of The Sovereign. They also have an elite group of soldiers, Crimson Guard.
Technological Level
Technology is the best it's ever been in human history, with people who are trained from birth to think outside the box has improved the output of new technology and science. Biotechnology is big now, to increase security around the Sovereign. There isn't any more special about weaponry for their armies, though their protective gear is some of the greatest created.
Religion
The Sovereign pray to Atlas and Nova in weekly sessions, they have Shrines on each of their controlled planets or moons. These Hallowed are also used in order to scare slaves into submission preventing them to break laws (like leave their posts/camps), letting the populations generations change and alter the myths with intent to make the scarier to warn their children.
Foreign Relations
The Sovereign does not engage with The Archive, and haven't had any other out of Solar System contact.
Laws
Everyone must stay in their place and obey the rules placed over them by their respective Sovereign. You must not speak unless spoken to first, do not make eye contact and bow, in the presence of a Sovereign. Do not leave the confines of you're allocated area; on Mars that means the fences of your camp, Ganymede this means your sciences building and hallways.
Agriculture & Industry
Mars is the ones that support all food and industrial productions for the Solar System.
Trade & Transport
There are massive shipments being made most days of the week from planets to moons, making sure the populations have just enough to stay alive, while The Sovereign take most of the pickings to keep themselves healthy and rich with items and food. These transports are made with freight ships, using the Starway (highway for ships).
Education
Titan, is home to the only educational place within The Sovereign's control. The Institute, where Sovereign-born children will go when they turn eighteen and be educated for a year or two. In their third year, they will opt to take part in Soldier training, to become a Soverign Soldier and if they excel in this final year it is possible they might do further training to become a part of the Crimson Guard.
The education that is tight in The Institute is consulted rapidly and filled with history from the Old Earth and times before The Sovereign came into power, however his information is sought in a way that makes The Sovereign look good.
Infrastructure
There is a massive lead toward the best if given to Sovereigns, however, Sovereigns are genetically altered and able to always stay in peak condition (health fast, stay fuller for longer). Luna, has wonderful state-of-the-art roads, space pads, homes and Shrines; Titan also falls into this category. However, the slave nations are not as well kept because the lower the conditions the harder slaves will work if the improvements are promised as rewards (even if there is never nay intent to provide these rewards).

Civilians will use credits earned from working, this mostly applies to the population on Ganymede. Sovereign's also use this system though it isn't as controlled as slave-oriented places.
