Labryannian Colonies

Structure

The Governor is appointed by the current Ruler of the Empire. The Governor appoints 4 Council members
The Chancellor. The Chancellor deals with relations with the natives and other nations.
The Grand Marshal: The Grand Marshal deals with all military operations of the Colonies.
The Steward: The Steward deals with financial matters and oversees the taxation of the settlements. He is also in charge of the construction of buildings in settlements
The Spymaster: The Spymaster deals with intelligence. The Spymaster is tasked with finding out what other nations are up to and to study their religion and technology. They report back to the Governor and Steward to decided if the information should be send back to the homeland
These ranks make up the main government of the colonies. The Steward and Governor pick out mayors to take control over settlements.
The Mayors appease the Noble families that have moved in and try to prevent infighting. They also make requests for Gold to the Steward if needed.
The Mayors have to meet a quota of resources these resources can be paid in 3 ways
Gold
Materials (wood,iron,gems etc)
Soldiers
The quota depends on the size of the settlement

The governor is always tasked with furthering the colonization of the Great sea and the exploration of the North

Assets

The Colonies have discovered plenty of underwater mines that hold Gold and Silver. The Government tends to keep most of it while the settlements gets a small cut to improve their Settlement.
In the middle of the ocean you might find a Factoria. These Factorias are small castles build on the water to act as resupply points for the Navy. These Factorias also fire upon anyone that does not have the right flag.
The current Colonial Navy is 1200 ships strong. (not including the Sisters)
Their current financial status is Good.
They provide 150k men to the homeland
Their standing army consists 50k men. All poorly trained.
The Sisters only consisting of 6k warriors are the main fighting force of the Colonies

History

In the year 2640 The Empire of Labrynna set sail west to invade Hyrule. Instead they found small islands settled by strange creatures. The fleet returned home and reported to the Emperor. The Emperor told them to invade the small Islands and settle them for the Empire.
The Fleet conquered the islands easily reporting back to the Emperor the Emperor funded the first Settlement named "Gallows" Since the natives were hanged in the middle of the island.
Gallows grew quickly and was officially made a colony in 2650 creating the Colonies
