Gardens of Kirkminster
The Gardens of Kirkminster, also informally known as the Kirkminster Gardens, are private gardens which cover more than quarter of the city located in the west of the territory and owned by the Jarl of Kirkminster. There are some buildings, such as the Consortium and the Cerulean Palace, within the gardens. Large stone walls bound the area in the North, South, and West with only access being able through the gates at the East. The gardens and parks were established during the First age as the Consortium grew. As the gardens grew, small pockets of commoners grew around the garden's walls, helping form the basis for the would be great city.
In 307 ABA the gardens were opened to the commoners. However, after small hovels began to pop up in the garden the access was resecended and commoners were once again banned to beyond the stone walls of the gardens.
