The Rite of Pacification

Purpose

This document allows Commissioners to take action when a village, town, city or residency refuses to pay the taxes imposed by The Royal Council. They can also invoke this rite should there be an urgent threat to the safety of the country.

Document Structure

Legal status

Only the Commissioner from each region can invoke The Rite of Pacification. Under normal circumstances they would need authorization from The Crown Commission Head Commissioner, however if they can prove circumstances would not allow them time to get permission they may invoke and prove their case after the action has been taken.
