Morrell Manor
This three story manor is the home to Sir Maxwell Morrell, Lady Margret Morrell and their son George Morrell. The Morrells own two shops (Halambar Lutes & Harps /Olmhazan's Jewels) and an inn (The Grey Serpent) in Waterdeep.
The main manor house had two floors dedicated to living space with an open attic space. There is a small hatch in the attic which allows access to the roof. The manor house has a large rod iron fence surrounding the perimeter of the residence. A small carriage house is detached from the main house on the south end of the property. Three stables are attached to the main house.
Unknown to the Morrells, the well which they thought was empty in the basement for many years was linked to a pool of radiance. Over time the well was filled with raw magic torn from the weave. The Morrells were murdered and the pool of radiance was drained.
