Old Gellen Manor House
About a mile south of Saltmarsh, just inland of the coastal road to Waterdeep stood the old Gellen Manor House reported to be haunted. About twenty years ago it was the residence to an aged alchemist of sinister reputation. The locals avoid the area because of the owner's mysterious activities.
Underneath the house is a cavern complex which houses a small wharf used for smuggling operations around the Sword Coast.

Purpose / Function
The abandon house is a front for the Night Mask's smuggling operation. After the Night Mask's were driven out the party.
Design
The house is dilapidated and long abandoned which presents an unwholesome appearance. The house and the fields around it remain unkept and overrun by weeds.
