The Great Dance
A ritual seldom preformed by the harlequins (see article: Harlequins) of the eldar. This ritual can only be preformed by a troupe of harlequins incluing a solitaire. This dance tells of the fall of the eldar and death of slaanesh. This dance sees a group of harlequins in a mash of bodies and death, these harlequins portray slaaneshes demons. From the mass of bodies appears a figure, this figure is a death jester who plays the role of the laughing god. Shortly after the appearance of the laughing god a second figure emerges from the mass of bodies. This time a solitaire who plays the role of slaanesh. The laughing god and slaanesh become locked in battle, killing their way across the battlefield. As the battle progresses the laughing god slowly gains ground and as the battle comes to an end the laughing god stands ready to strike down slaanesh when suddenly the solitaire playing slaanesh disappears, showing the death of slaanesh and the gods of chaos. After a moment the laughing god disappears and a voice rings out "My servants are forever free of her wrath, go my agents of death. It is time for a celebration." With that the harlequins playing the laughing gods servants dive through the battlefield killing and laughing across the battlefield until the battle ends. When the harlequins foes all lay dead or dying, the laughing god reappears in the sky and the troupers playing his servants all come to rest below him, looking up at their gods before the troupe disappears onto the great stage, signaling the end of The Great Dance. One final laugh rings over the battlefield as the troup disappears, and any who hear it never live to tell the tale.
