Precious Pendants

Precious Pendants sells some of the most unique jewellery in the Drinuvarian Kingdom let alone Thallingen. Elsie Tiernan, the proprietor of Precious Pendants, is a particularly eccentric individual who creates pendants and earrings worn but all manner of Drinuvarian society. Some of her smaller pieces are more affordable but her larger statement pieces are more suited to the most well off in the city.
The material she makes her wares from is normally dug from the ground by archaeologists and explorers in the far flung corners of the world. Since nobody can work out where the Bronzebrand Plates originally came from and they have become common place to see in large cities, Elsie has taken to turning it into something more valuable.
