Yseult, Queen of Moonlight
Yseult is the Queen of the Moonlight Court. She has two children, Eloise, Heir of Moonlight and Evan/Uvanli ter Egureou. She is strict and formal and single-minded in her desire to improve her court.
She does not allow dissent within her court and insists on absolute obedience. She comes across as cold and authoritarian.
Her responsibilities weigh heavily on her, so she spent little time with her children as they grew up, leaving them to the care of other fae within the court.
She has a crown and an ice-white sceptre. The sceptre is infused with power and she uses it to enforce orders on her subjects. If they deny her she can use it to shoot power at them as a punishment. It only harms those who are bound to her.
