Vultrun (VULLT-ruhn)

Vultrun's entire surface is comprised of three active volcanoes. On the surface it looks small, but the volcanoes conjoin their vents below the surface and cities have been built amongst the lava, in a vast cavern stretching far beyond the surface underground. These cities house imps, arch imps, and devils that have left Hell, fire fairies, naturally-born lava golems, phoenixes, fire genies, and even some dragons. Since the cities have not yet been discovered, human hands have not destroyed their natural beauty.

Geography

On Vultrun's surface, three volcanoes are the only feature. But below, there is an enormous cavern stretching far down beneath even the ocean floor, and civilization has thrived even in the hot environment - most creatures there are used to it. It's not fully clear how large Vultrun is; most races that live within have said that thanks to drilling efforts, it has expanded dramatically, with numerous tunnels leading off in different directions. Perhaps it will soon stretch to even the farthest corners below the oceans.

Fauna & Flora

Magical creatures that live in Vultrun include imps, fire fairies, lava golems, phoenixes, fire genies, and fire dragons. Non-magical creatures include various lizards, insects, and birds. At first, there wasn't much plant life, but as the cavern expanded, some races have taken up growing their own food where the heat isn't as intense. Crops of all kinds can now be found farther away from the main cities below the volcanoes.
